The 2008-2009 season ended on a bittersweet note for all fans of the New Orleans Hornets. A promising 2007-2008 campaign left fans with high hopes for the Hornets of 2008-2009, who easily bowed out in the first round of the NBA playoffs. After Tuesday night’s dugout clearing clash between the Toronto Blue Jays and the New York Yankees, the MLB handed down penalties to the two core troublemakers – Jorge Posada and Jesse Carlson. For their part in Tuesday night’s fracas, Posada and Carlson both got four-game suspensions. Their suspensions were reduced to three games since neither Posada nor Carlson fought the suspension.
